Hello,
Can any of you guy's help me?????? I play a modified version of EI,
but I wanted to tweak a few things on the mod, perks mainly. The original mod files were lost by the original mod maker. Is there anyway I can mod the 'already' modified files. There is a perk and skill tool on this website, but I can only get hold of a Russian version... How can I get an English version if possible?
I would appriciate any help,
