resbuild.exe is an original Nival's packerunpacker for Evil Island's *.res files. It is a console utility. Just download it, then paste ResBuild.exe into any folder, then launch Windows console (StartButton->Run-> "command" dor win95-98-me or "cmd" for winXP-2000), then go to folder with ResBuild.exe (if you don't know how to use console - search information about this in google), then just launch ResBuild from console - it'll say you a small instruction how to use it:

Commands are:
a - add or replace files in resource.
o - optimize resource.
l - list files.
e - extract files from resource.

Nival Entertainment, 1998then use this instruction... or you may search for any utilities which are a GUI for ResBuild.... we (Gipat Group) as usually use EiEdit ( http://www.gipatgroup.org/files ) but it is only in russian now.
