Можно, причем можно это сделать обычным хексом, надо заменить соответствующие строчки в ... э, скажем так, одном файлике 
, тогда один из персонажей будет с текстурой и звуками орка, его можно будет выбирать в обычной минюшке, есть правда несколько неудобных момментов, но тем не менее...
