I found that, after you sell her a rune which she did not originally sell, she will start selling the rune after her shop resets. I have tested the Extra Area, Extra Effect, and Extra Energy runes with this method, and they all work.
However, doing that will lost some money because items only sell at half price. My reason of doing that is because I need a few more Extra Effect and Extra Energy runes. If anyone knows a free method to make the witch start selling runes which she did not originally sell, kindly share it. Thanks.
