adding descriptions

i was hoping one of the add on team could help me with this...i have added new weapons and spells using nivals mod tools and they have no description when you move the mouse over them nor do they have a name so i was wondering can i give them both of these to the item using a program?

you shold add their description to the textslmp.res file, using resbuild.exe, as I remember $)
