it looks rather ok but it would need some basic layout fixes. And if you need ANY help(I am not great but I like fixing stuff) then add me to your msn: golden_dragonlord@hotmail.com

I could help you with the layout, give suggestions and such and with information. And maybe even an upload script in PHP(does require a database but if you need another host I got one, 50mb, php, mysql database and more).
